This website offers visitors products for purchase. When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. “The fee for the services and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged to you".

Cancellation of Order 

Cancellation of an order is not possible once the payment has been made. No refunds will be given except in the event of cancellation or non-performance of service by Printmytape

Return and refund policy

For any undamaged and unused product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt within 3 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.

Also, please note the following:

(i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and

(ii) the following products are not eligible for return: (1) any kind of customised products. (2) any used product. (3) any damaged products unless a manufacturing defect.

Retention of the right to change product offers and price

We may, without prior notice, change the Services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights and logos

The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of M/s Printmytape. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, M/s Printmytape assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

 

Printmytape is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of this website by anyone. You will not use the Website for illegal purposes. You will - abide by all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations in your use of the Website (including laws regarding intellectual property), not interfere with or disrupt the use and enjoyment of the Website by other users not resell material on the Website, not engage, directly or indirectly, in the transmission of "spam", chain letters, junk mail or any other type of unsolicited communication, and not defame, harass, abuse, or disrupt other users of the Website

Force Majeure

Printmytape will not be deemed in default hereunder or held responsible for any cessation, interruption or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder due to earthquake, flood, fire, storm, natural disaster, an act of God, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labour strike, lockout, or boycott.

 

Cessation of Operation

Printmytape may at any time, in its sole discretion and without advance notice to you, cease operation of the Website and distribution of the Products.

 

Entire Agreement

This Agreement comprises the entire agreement between you and Printmytape and supersedes any prior agreements pertaining to the subject matter contained herein.

 

Waiver of Class Action Rights

BY ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT, YOU HEREBY IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT YOU MAY HAVE TO JOIN CLAIM WITH THOSE OF OTHERS IN THE FORM OF A CLASS ACTION OR SIMILAR PROCEDURAL DEVICE. ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT MUST BE ASSERTED INDIVIDUALLY.
